We arrange a time and date that suits you to come and visit your home or business, complete a measured survey and assist you to create a design that fulfills your needs and wants and those of the relevant planning authority.
Preparation of Planning Application to completion of all drawings and lodgement to the relevant Council and follow through to grant.
Documents required include;
- Location Map
- Site layout plan
- All elevational drawings
- All Plans and Sections
- Completed Planning Application Forms
- Newspaper adverts/ Site Notice
Any other drawings as requested by the relevant Council.
RFI (Request for Further information) and Appeals to An Bord Pleanala will incur further professional fees.
OS Planning Pack, Newspaper adverts and planning fee to the Council will be payable directly by client.
The application will be sent via Registered Post also for client peace of mind for postal applications.
We reply to all requests for a quotation within 24 hours.
